DESPATCH - We aim to despatch within the following lead times: 

Stock Items (non custom orders) within 1-2 working days.

Custom Items, including custom boot liners, custom seat covers and bespoke orders may take up to 10 working days to despatch. Please note our boot liners and other custom items are made to order and the lead time given is for manufacture.

PLEASE NOTE - working days for both delivery and manufacture exclude weekends and bank holidays

DELIVERY - Choose from the following delivery services:

STANDARD DELIVERY (3-5 working days from Despatch) IS FREE for UK Mainland orders over £50

 There is a £4.99 delivery charge for orders below £50

 EXPEDITED DELIVERY (1-2 working days from despatch) is £6.99 for UK Mainland orders, irrespective of value. 


Overseas Orders: Delivery charges for mainland European destinations will be shown at the checkout pages. For all other countries, please contact us. 


Can I request my item is left in a safe place? - Yes, you can leave instructions in the order comments section at the checkout when placing your order. PLEASE NOTE - by requesting your items are left in a safe place you do so at your own risk and Over The Top will not be held responsible for any missing or stolen parcels. Please make sure that your safe place is secure and out of sight. 

What time can I expect my delivery? - All our parcels are sent by courier and can be delivered between 8am and 6pm. In cases where the couriers are running late due to traffic incidents or during busier periods your parcel may arrive later than 6pm 

What happens if I'm not in when delivery is attempted? - If you are not in when delivery is attempted the courier may attempt to leave it with a neighbour or leave a card either detailing when they will return or for you to rearrange your delivery date and time . If you do not want your items to be left with a neighbour please specify this in the order comments section at the checkout section when ordering. If you have requested an item is left in a safe place your item will be left here unless the driver feels the safe place is not suitable in which case they will leave a card for you to rearrange a more suitable delivery time and date. In the case of any items which have been sent for via a signed for service a card will be left for you to rearrange delivery. 


RETURNS AND REFUNDS - We strive to ensure that our products are of the highest quality. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you should inform us straight away and in any event within 14 calendar days of delivery to you.

NON CUSTOM ITEMS - For items that have not been personalised, customised or made to order, you have a right to cancel the contract within 14 calendar days and up to a further 14 calendar days from cancellation to return the item. Simply return the item to us, unused, with its original packaging and the receipt, retaining a note of the number of the receipt for your own records, and obtain proof of postage. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the items. Refunds will be processed within 14 calendar days of receiving the returned item. If you suspect your item to be faulty, please contact us to discuss as we will arrange returns where items are faulty or there has been an error on the part of Over The Top. 

CUSTOM ITEMS (Includes all boot liners and custom seat covers) - In the case of  personalised, customised or made to order items including all custom boot liners and custom seat covers, please inspect the goods on delivery and inform us immediately (and if possible email images of any faults or fitment issues to sales@overthetop.co.uk) and in any event within 14 calendar days, of any suspected fault or discrepancy. Custom items cannot be returned for the following reasons:

- you ordered incorrectly

- you do not like the colour or material

We shall be happy to discuss any suspected fault or error on our part and arrange returns for inspection. Subject to our right to refuse to do so if no fault or error is found and your returning the item unused, we will provide you with your choice of a full refund, agreed alterations, or exchange.

Please include either a copy of the invoice or a note with your name, address and order number so we can easily identify your parcel. We advise obtaining proof of postage for your own records. Your refund will be processed within 14 days via the original payment method. 


If you wish to exchange your item please return the parcel to us and include a covering note detailing the items you would like to exchange for. If the items you are exchanging for have a higher value a customer service member will be in touch to take additional payment details.
